ASPA Costume Hire Terms and Conditions

Hire Period

·      The hire period is for the duration of dates you pick

·      Items must be returned the following day.

·      If you would like an extra day to sort them after a performance, add that to your hire period – otherwise you are letting down another teacher who is to have then for their show.

·      Items not received with 4 days of the end of your hire period will be charged for a further hire period of a minimum of one week.

Damage or Loss

·      Any Items damaged beyond repair or lost will be charged for a replacement fee, if replacement is not possible a £50 fee will be levied.

·      Please do not write names in our costumes. If you need to name them, please use masking tape as this is quick and easy to write and can be removed with ease. (Please remove before returning)

·      Please do not wash or dry clean our costumes

·      We are happy for you to make small alterations to our costumes; however, any alterations must be removed before returning.

·      Should alterations damage the costume a charge for replacement will be incurred where the costume is irreplaceable the charge will be £50.00

·      Should a costume be damaged when it arrived, please let us know immediately

Payment 

·      Payment will be taken at the point of order

·      You may cancel the order and request a refund up to 14 days after the original order following this there will be no refunds except at the company’s discretion
