How do I hire Costumes?

Browse the costumes, select the ones you require add them to your basket and make payment. We will ensure that they are delivered to you or ready for you to pick up, for the date requested.
What happens if a costume accidentally gets damaged or lost

Should a costume be damaged beyond repair or lost you will be charged a replacement fee. Should a replacement not be available there will be a charge of £50.
Can I collect my order in person

You are welcome to collect your order from us or we can post it out to you. Please see Collection/Delivery under our Ts&Cs on the menu
Do I need to wash or dry the costumes?

Please do not wash or dry clean our costumes. We do all of this just return them and we will clean them before the next person hires them out.
Is there a minimum hire amount or period?

There is no minimum hire period and no minimum amount of costumes that you can hire, so this means you can either hire a set or if you need just a one off costume for a set we’ve got you covered. Each costume is priced per week.
